The Finnish National Board of Education (EDUFI) offers scholarships to international doctoral students for 3–12-month stays at a university in Finland. The scholarships are primarily intended for doctoral students who plan to earn a doctorate or a dual doctorate, or to conduct research at a university in Finland. Applications for the scholarship are submitted to EDUFI by the relevant Finnish university. Application deadline: on a rolling basis, at least 5 months before the planned start of the stay.
