What is a Combined Intensive Programme (CIP)
The Combined Intensive Programme (CIP) is an Erasmus+ (KA1) international cooperation format that combines:
- short-term physical mobility (5-30 days),
- a mandatory virtual component (online collaboration before or after the physical part).
BIP facilitates intensive international cooperation between universities, supports innovative teaching formats and engages students and teachers in project-oriented international learning.
The programme should deliver on the key priorities of Erasmus+:
- Inclusion,
- digitalization,
- Sustainability,
- civic engagement.
Objectives of the BIP
- Strengthening international institutional cooperation,
- the development of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary projects,
- innovation of teaching methods,
- the involvement of students who cannot undertake long-term mobility,
- promoting further long-term international cooperation.
- Workshop,
- masterclass,
- summer/winter schools,
- project laboratories,
- a research or creative project.
- Involvement of at least 3 universities from 3 different programme countries (JAMU is one of them),
- participation of at least 10 international students,
- duration of physical mobility 5-30 days,
- mandatory virtual folder,
- participants receive a minimum of 3 ECTS credits.
JAMU as organizer
- Proposes the content of the programme,
- secures foreign partners,
- organizes the physical part,
- is responsible for the financial management of the project,
- handles the administration and final accounts.
O realizaci rozhoduje vedení fakult na základě interního výběrového řízení a alokace prostředků Erasmus+.
Zájem o realizaci BIP se podává prostřednictvím interní přihlášky na Zahraničních oddělení jednotlivých fakult.
Funding is based on the number of international participants (10-20 people), for which resources are allocated in advance from the EU Erasmus+ Call.
Of this amount:
- 90% is for the implementation of the programme (including VAT),
- 10% is for the institution’s overheads.
All expenses must be:
- supported by accounting documents,
- paid in CZK/EUR,
- in accordance with Erasmus+ rules and JAMU internal regulations.
Immediately after the end of the program you must document:
- all accounting documents (no later than 10 days after the end of the programme),
- attendance sheets (signed for each day by all participants),
- a final report (written in English, form available here),
- PR materials (photos, video).
JAMU as a partner
Studenti a zaměstnanci JAMU se mohou účastnit BIP pořádaného zahraniční institucí. Účast na BIP je vedena jako standardní krátkodobá mobilita a schvaluje ji vedení fakulty.
